How to register
All individual participants and spectators must sign up by following two simple steps:
Step 1
Click "Register now" at the top of the page. Then, using your professional email address, fill in the short form. You will then receive an email inviting you to complete your registration with Tough Mudder.
Please note, if you're planning on driving to the venue, you will need to provide your license plate number when completing step 1 of your registration.
Step 2
Complete the registration form on the Tough Mudder website, this is where captains can set up teams, and individuals can join a team.
Bring your ID
You’ll need government ID to access the grounds on the day, please don’t forget it!

Important information
Whilst we hope there will be no major injuries, there will be medics on site to support in all eventualities. Please note that all individuals entering the site, whether participating or spectating, must register and sign an individual waiver. All participants taking part do so at their own risk.
